Feeney's Bismarck High Demons spotted Century a 3-0 lead and then ran off 50 unanswered points.
When the smoke had cleared, BHS owned a 53-9 West Region football victory.
Fullback Seth Sandness scored three of the first five touchdowns for the Demons and put up 206 total yards of offense.
Sandness caught a 61-yard pass from Weston Eckroth and scored on a 37-yard run.
Jordan Roberdeau scored on runs of 12 and 16 yards before Sandness rumbled 60 yards for his final score.
Nathan Engel then returned an interception 76 yards for a touchdown, while Scott Kinnischtzke and Kevin Voss finished off the Demons scoring with touchdown runs. Matt Eslinger kicked two extra points and Doug Nassif added one.
For the Patriots, Josh Maslowski kicked a 22-yard field goal and Kyle Herman scored on an 8-yard run.
20 years ago (1988): A couple of weeks ago the topic was passing and St. Mary's football coach Dan Smreker said "if St. Mary's throws 40 times in a game I won't be the coach."
Well, the Saints didn't throw 40 times while ruining Bismarck High's homecoming game 35-8. The yardage totals only make it look like they threw 40 times.
Ken Kraft completed 16 of 26 passes for 232 yards and two touchdowns for St. Mary's. He hit Brian Price from 4 yards out and Shawn McNeally for an 11-yard score.
Monte Schmaltz ran for two 3-yard touchdowns, while Kraft scored from 3 yards out. John Reifenberger kicked five extra points.
For the Demons, Corey Christmann scored on a 4-yard run, while Shawn Perius hit Hans Kaldahl for the two-point conversion.
