WEST FARGO (AP) - A West Fargo man accused in a large stolen property case in southeastern North Dakota also has been charged with racketeering.
Bond for 41-year-old Petr Spacek was set at $50,000 on Thursday. He faces 10 felony charges including theft of property and illegal control of an enterprise.
Spacek was arrested on July 8 in connection with the discovery of what authorities say is more than $100,000 worth of stolen property. It was found at two farmsteads west of Colfax in Richland County.
Spacek also faces three felony charges in Richland County. His bail was set at $10,000 for those charges.
