WILLISTON (AP) - Authorities say a child playing with a lighter is to blame for an apartment fire in Williston.

Fire Chief Alan Hanson says the four people who were in the building at the time of the blaze late Monday got out safely.

But it likely will cost the building's owner more than $150,000 to make repairs.
