WEST FARGO (AP) - West Fargo commissioners have approved a $71,000 settlement in a lawsuit filed against the city by a Grand Forks construction company.

Opp Construction LLC said the city owed money for equipment and overtime costs involving a 2003 street project.

West Fargo City Attorney Brian Neugebauer said both sides agreed on the settlement during mediation talks.
