DEVILS LAKE (AP) - The North Dakota National Guard says 18 soldiers are getting diplomas from its officer candidate school at Camp Grafton.
The Guard says that of the 18 soldiers at Saturday's graduation, seven have chosen to accept commissions as second lieutenants. The others have the option to do so within the next two years.
