GRAND FORKS (AP) - The Grand Forks Air Force Base says its economic impact totals more than $360 million in the area.

The base says its financial experts figured the impact on Grand Forks and neighboring East Grand Forks, Minn., between Oct. 1, 2006 and Sept. 30, 2007.

The analysis was based on payroll and the estimated value of jobs in the area.
