FARGO (AP) - A Fargo couple have been arrested after an investigation into the theft of items from The Arc of Cass County.
The Arc sells donated goods to fund programs for people with developmental disabilities.
Police say a 42-year-old man and 27-year-old woman face possession of stolen property charges. Police Sgt. Greg Stone says an officer spotted boxes of clothing in an apartment and items belonging to The Arc were recovered.
The Arc store manager Michael Nygaard said earlier he caught people on tape over the past two weeks, taking items outside the charity's south Fargo thrift store.
