Gov. John Hoeven expanded a disaster declaration Monday for all communities in the state that have been affected by flooding.
Hoeven issued the initial disaster declaration on June 4 for the Red River Valley, where rivers left their banks after heavy rain.
The governor's action is aimed at paving the way for state and federal aid.
