GRAFTON (AP) - A man charged with solicitation to commit murder has pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge.
Joseph Martinez of Grafton was sentenced to two years in prison Thursday after pleading guilty to a felony charge of conspiracy to commit terrorizing. The soliciting charge was dropped.
Authorities said the 22-year-old Martinez and four others went to a Grafton home to fight a man in September. One of the men had a gun and Martinez allegedly yelled at him to "shoot 'em all."
The other man allegedly fired the gun three times at the home.
