FARGO (AP) - Fargo police say a man who came to aid of a friend who had been robbed in the parking lot of a local club was intentionally run over by a vehicle and suffered a leg injury.
Authorities say the 21-year-old man was dragged about 20 feet and then run over when he tried to stop the two occupants of the vehicle from leaving The Northern parking lot early Saturday morning.
The robbery victim told police that the two men had followed him and his friend to their car, and that one of the men climbed into the back seat and threatened to stab him if he didn't hand over his wallet.
No arrests were immediately made.
