FARGO (AP) - A spokeswoman for Verizon says the company's cell phone network in the Red River Valley has been restored after about 90 minutes of maintenance work.
Karen Smith says technicians found a problem and decided to do preventive maintenance Friday morning. She says such work is typcially done overnight.
