MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - A Missoula coffee vendor has signed a $100,000 contract with the Department of Defense.
Liquid Planet will distribute its distinct brands of coffee to military bases around the world, including 150 Army and Air Force exchange stores.
Montana Democratic Sen. Max Baucus helped bring about the agreement.
Liquid Planet opened in Missoula six years ago and now has three Missoula drive-through locations along with its downtown store. The company also sells coffees, teas and organic syrups on its Web site.
