GRAND FORKS (AP) - Grand Forks-based Alerus Financial is buying the retirement plan practice of Fargo-based Eide Bailly.
The company says the move will expand the amount of customer assets under its management to $6 billion.
The 130-year-old financial firm has been expanding rapidly in recent years, buying properties in Fargo, the Twin Cities and Arizona.
