FARGO (AP) - A Fargo man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for an attempted murder and robbery in which he stabbed a man nine times in the chest.
Thomas Rivet, 27, was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty.
Rivet assaulted William Bluedog in his apartment in February 2007.
He was convicted in a trial last year and sentenced to 20 years, but the North Dakota Supreme Court reversed his conviction and the conviction of co-defendant Louis Lugert.
Lugert pleaded guilty last week to being an accessory and was sent to prison.
