FARGO (AP) - A Fargo homebuilder and his wife are accused of bilking her father out of more than $100,000 in assets and forging his signature on a loan.
Larry Villella and Catherine Sadler-Villella are each charged with felony exploitation of a vulnerable adult and forgery and misapplication of entrusted property.
Larry Villella owns Villella Custom Homes in Fargo. The couple live in Pelican Rapids, Minn.
The Villellas each posted $1,000 cash bail on Friday. The couple and their attorneys have declined comment.
