FARGO (AP) - Concerts and football games helped the Fargodome end 2007 with a surplus, the facility's general manager said.
The dome finished 2007 with a surplus of about $166,584, or 29 percent more than the dome had budgeted.
Concerts and North Dakota State University football games were well attended this year, said Rob Sobolik, the dome's general manager. People also spent more money while they were in the building, though prices didn't increase.
Last year, the dome showed a net income of about $82,400, about $60,000 below the dome's budgeted goal budgeted goal.
