FARGO (AP) - Forty-three North Dakota Air National Guardsmen are scheduled to return home today from Romania.

The members of the 119th Civil Engineer Squadron were deployed there for two weeks.

The "Happy Hooligans" forces worked with other U.S. forces on various construction projects.
