FARGO (AP) - A 19-year-old Fargo man has pleaded guilty to helping cause close to $100,000 in damage during a string of burglaries and vandalism to homes and businesses.
Tylor Thomson entered the pleas to 13 felony counts and one misdemeanor.
Prosecutor Cherie Clark says that under the plea deal, Thomson won't be charged with 50 other residential burglaries. The victims in those cases may still seek restitution.
Thomson's attorney, Ross Brandborg, says his client feels terrible about what he's done and wants to make things right by paying restitution.
Thomson will be sentenced in about a month. Two other men also were charged in the burglary spree. Twenty-one-year-old Michael Friesen of Fargo has been sentenced to four years in prison. Twenty-year-old Eric Monson of West Fargo has a change-of-plea hearing June 2.
