FARGO - Police here have arrested a man suspected in the shooting death of his brother.

The shooting happened early Sunday morning, apparently after an argument. A man who called authorities at about 2:30 a.m. said he had shot his brother, police said.

Authorities said Chad Erickson, 26, of Fargo, is being held on a murder charge.

His brother, Aaron Erickson, 29, was found at the entrance of an apartment. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say he was apparently shot in the chest as he entered the apartment, after kicking in the door.
