OAKES (AP) - Police have closed their investigation into an all-terrain vehicle accident that killed a 3-year-old Oakes boy, without filing any charges.

Police Chief Mark Roberts said Logan Hill died Sunday, after suffering head injuries.

Authorities say Hill accidentally accelerated the ATV while riding on the machine with an adult, and was killed when the vehicle struck a house and rolled.
