FARGO (AP) - The Agriculture Department says North Dakota corn farmers worry their corn may be too wet to harvest and some don't plan to harvest the crop until spring.
This week's state crop report says a number of grain elevators continue to report wet corn.
The report says the state's corn harvest is 70 percent complete, compared with a 96 percent average. The sunflower harvest is 96 percent complete, just slightly less than average.
Topsoil moisture supplies are reported adequate in most of the state.
Deep soil moisture supplies are reported adequate in about two-thirds of the state.
