MINOT (AP) - A weeklong nuclear weapons handling inspection is to begin at Minot Air Force Base.
The base's 5th Bomb Wing is being retested after coming up short in an inspection in May.
The Air Force says the last inspection found areas that need work.
The bomb wing has been under scrutiny since an incident last August in which nuclear cruise missiles were mistakenly loaded onto a B-52 bomber and flown to Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana.
