FARGO (AP) - A man has pleaded guilty to a felony criminal mischief charge in a $750,000 Fargo hockey arena vandalism case.

In exchange for 25-year-old Jordan Lugert's plea, prosecutors dismissed two charges of unlawful entry into a vehicle. A presentence investigation was ordered.

Lugert is one of two men charged in the April vandalism at Fargo's Urban Plains hockey arena complex. The other man, 24-year-old David Vacha, is scheduled for trial next month.

Authorities said cranes were used to smash a concrete block, shatter windows and throw equipment off the roof. Police say Lugert told them he and Vacha were drunk at the time.

Lugert is free after posting $10,000 bond.
