A man is facing charges for an overnight crime spree in February on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation.

Eric Crissler of Belcourt is charged in federal court with burglary and arson. An arraignment date has not been set.

Authorities say Crissler broke into the Bureau of Indian Affairs office building and set fire to a Turtle Mountain Community College storage building.

A judge released Crissler on a promise to appear in court.
