HORACE (AP) - A developer plans to build a 288-acre gated housing development with two man-made recreational lakes near the eastern North Dakota town of Horace.
Developer Grant Hustad of Glenwood, Minn., says he's already acquired the land for Trophy Lake Estates, and expects to begin construction next summer.
Homes in the development would range in price from $200,000 to $750,000.
Hustad must still get approval from the city. Three public hearings are planned before the city council decides on the subdivision.
