SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Three people from Sioux Falls who defrauded First Premier Bank will avoid jail time but must serve probation and pay back what they stole.
According to court documents: Amanda Woods, 20, will be on probation four years and has to pay back just under $5,000 dollars; Matthew Sherron, 21, got five years of probation and must pay $6,000 in restitution; and Joshua Kiecksee, 19, will serve two years of probation and repay $3,300 dollars.
They earlier pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud for signing loan applications with First Premier that included false information.
