PEMBINA (AP) - Pembina County authorities say they arrested a 15-year-old boy accused of stabbing his older sister the chest during a fight.

The Pembina County Sheriff's Department says the boy is being held in a detention center awaiting formal charges. His 20-year-old sister was taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks for treatment.

Authorities say the stabbing happened early Sunday in the city of Pembina. No names are being released.
