HILLSBORO (AP) - The Traill County Sheriff's Department says an anhydrous ammonia leak caused the release of a gaseous cloud near Hillsboro.
Authorities say the source of the leak was quickly stopped and the cloud was fading by 11 a.m. Tuesday. The leak occurred about a mile east of Hillsboro.
The sheriff's department says a cloud of anhydrous ammonia was drifting north from that area but it was dissipating.
Authorities say no serious injuries were associated with the leak.
