FINLEY (AP) - The suspect in a standoff with law enforcement officers in Luverne is facing charges in Steele and Griggs counties.
Prosecutors say 34-year-old Darin Dahl was charged in Steele County with attempted murder and reckless endangerment. He is charged in Griggs County with reckless endangerment for allegedly firing at an unoccupied building.
Steele County State's Attorney Charlie Stock says total cash-only bail set in the two counties was $300,000.
Authorities say Dahl was taken into custody on April 10, after negotiating with the officers, ending a standoff that lasted more than 20 hours. They say Dahl had barricaded himself with weapons in a house on the edge of Luverne.
Stock says Dahl fired at SWAT team officers.
