North Dakota oil continues to set records.
Bruce Hicks with the state oil and gas division says North Dakota set a monthly oil production record in May of 156,356 barrels per day. That was up nearly 4 percent over the record set in April.
June production numbers won't be available until early August.
Hicks says the record price for North Dakota sweet crude that was set June 6 has been broken five times, and now stands at $136.29 per barrel. That mark was set on July 3.
