GRAND FORKS (AP) - A man from this city is accused of shooting at a passing semitrailer cab on Interstate 29.
Matthew Osowski, 20, faces several charges, including reckless endangerment, marijuana possession and drunken driving.
A Winnipeg, Manitoba, truck driver notified authorities Monday that a passing driver had shot at him, the Highway Patrol said. Richard Dupont was not hurt, but he showed a trooper where a bullet had hit his driver's-side door, authorities said.
Osowski's pickup was stopped a short time later, and a search turned up firearms, the patrol said.
Osowski is free after posting $3,750 bail. His next court appearance is set for Nov. 14.
