Manning - The Dunn County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 2 p.m. Jan. 6 at the Dunn County Courthouse in Manning to hear a request by Jackie and Shane Olson of Killdeer for an industrial water well depot. The depots have been intended to service the oil industry.

Linton - Quarterly water bills are due, and Linton residents should read meters and make payment by Thursday. Anyone whose bill remains unpaid Jan. 18 will have their water disconnected. City employees will do random meter checks for accuracy.

Stanton - Knife River Indian Villages National Historic Site near Stanton will host a winter adventure Feb. 21.
