Hooters - a family-themed restaurant?

It appears Bismarck has made the big time, or has it?

Crystal Reid reported Sunday that not all are fond of the Hooters Restaurant, and that is true. Add my name to the list.

It's a joke to even consider Hooters a family restaurant. It was reported that the restaurant is striving to become more family-friendly. Maybe it should start by cleaning up the waitresses' dress code. Call it as it is: A sex-themed restaurant.

There are many fine restaurants in Bismarck, establishments that promote family dining in the real sense, places where I can take my grandchildren, places I will patronize.

You will never see me near or in a Hooters establishment.
