A Bismarck man was arrested in Montana after law enforcement discovered stolen North Dakota Highway Patrol weapons in his vehicle.
A shotgun, M-14 rifle, medical bag and oxygen tank had been stolen from the trunk of a state Highway Patrol car sometime between May 27-30, police reported. The patrol car had been parked at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Bismarck.
Bismarck police reported weapons were recovered in Montana from a Bismarck man's vehicle. Details were pending at the time of publication.
