Bismarck police say three high-risk sex offenders have moved into Bismarck.
Jerry Lee Bay, Raphael August Byzewski Jr. and Earland Rebel McKay are now living in the city, according to releases from the Bismarck Police Department.
Bay, 57, now lives at 501 Memorial Highway No. 7.
Bay was convicted in December 2000 of gross sexual imposition. He was charged with the crime after he was caught initiating sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl in Bismarck in October 1999.
Bay recently was released from the James River Correctional Center.
Byzewski, 33, now lives at 501 Memorial Highway No. 9.
Byzewski was convicted in May 1993 of two counts of gross sexual imposition. One count was brought after Byzewski had sexual contact with an intoxicated 14-year-old girl, and the other was brought after he forced a woman to engage in a sexual act.
The incidents occurred in Grand Forks.
Byzewski recently moved to Bismarck from Fort Yates. McKay, 27, now lives at 624 S. Hannifin Street No. 18.
McKay was convicted of corruption of a minor in December 2002 in Ramsey County. He was charged with the offense, along with terrorizing, after his girlfriend caught him engaging in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.
When the girlfriend confronted McKay, he beat her, threatened her with a rifle and fired a shot at her fleeing children.
McKay recently moved to Bismarck from Warwick.
"The information shared with the public is for safety reasons only," the police releases said. "This information is not to be used to threaten, harass, assault or intimidate the registered offenders."
