An 82-year-old man was found dead after apparently falling from a ladder.

Burleigh County Sheriff's Lt. Nick Sevart said a neighbor found Sylvester Wald of Bismarck dead at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday.

Wald had obvious head injuries and blood loss when deputies arrived on the scene at 6600 North Star Acres Road.

The county coroner ruled the death accidental, Sevart said.
