What: Bismarck State College Graduation

When: 2:30 p.m., Friday

Where: Bismarck Civic Center

Program: Guest speaker Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., and student Vaquita Hines of Mandan. 779 students will receive 845 associate degrees, diplomas and certificates. Project Graduation, organized by Phi Theta Kappa, will collect canned food and books at collection tables near the Civic Center entrances.
