This is a copy of the journal that Mark Armstrong, communications executive with Workforce, Safety and Insurance, made public on Wednesday.
Armstrong's journal was taken as part of an investigation. Some of pages of the journal were not readable because they are copies of the original journal. Profanity also was blacked out.
