Indecent exposure charges filed

Two men have been charged in separate indecent exposure cases in Burleigh County from over the summer.

Thomas S. Meadche, 25, was charged Friday with Class Amisdemeanor indecent exposure for allegedly masturbating in front of a 9-year-old on June 27, according to court documents. Awarrant was issued for his arrest, and Burleigh County Sheriff's deputies arrested him Saturday.

South Central District Judge Bruce Haskell set bond for Meadche at $500 cash Monday at the Burleigh County Courthouse.

William E. Unzerzagt, 65, was charged Friday with Class B misdemeanor indecent exposure for allegedly exposing himself to two women while driving eastbound on the Interstate 94 on Aug. 1, according to court documents. Unzerzagt, of Fargo, was pulled over near mile marker 196 of the interstate after the women called law enforcement to report what they had seen, documents said.

Unzerzagt will receive a summons to appear in court at a later date, documents said.
