Police arrested Axer Malave, 33, for indecent exposure Sunday at about 7:30 a.m. The man, who had recently moved to Bismarck, allegedly exposed himself to a female jogger in Pioneer Park. According to police reports, she dialed 911 on a cell phone borrowed from a biker, and police arrived and apprehended the suspect after she gave a description and general location.
