Someone swiped a puppy from a Bismarck pet store.
Bismarck Police Officer Pat Renz said an employee at Animal Kingdom, 1525 E. Broadway Ave., reported a Japanese Maltese cross puppy had been stolen between 4:30 and 6 p.m. Monday.
The employee said whoever stole the puppy was able to open its cage and exit out a rear door, Renz said.
He said the employee described the puppy as an 11-week-old female who is white and tan in color.
