The eagle sculpture, "The Keeper," a student project of the United Tribes Art-Art Marketing program, will be dedicated at 2 p.m. Sept. 4.
The metal sculpture depicting an eagle is the fifth piece of public art created in the last five years in a cooperative project with the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District. The students crafted sculpture over the summer.
The ceremony takes place where the sculpture is permanently installed at the south end of Bismarck's Sertoma Park near the tennis courts.
