Someone ran over an outhouse in Burleigh County, but left no tracks.
Burleigh County Sheriff's Lt. Nick Sevart joked that perhaps Santa Claus was taking a pre-Christmas tune-up flight and got a little too low to the ground.
Sevart said the Spiffy Biff outhouse had been sitting east of Bismarck, at 6749 Sterling Drive, at the northeast corner of a building. The owner of the building, Brian Bitner, reported he had last seen it standing on Friday. On Saturday, the outhouse had been knocked 8 to 10 feet from where it should have been, and the pieces were spread around the area.
Sevart said officers have no suspects in the vandalism. He said it appears to have been hit with a vehicle, though no tracks were found around it.
