Gov. John Hoeven and the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce are hosting a roundtable discussion about energy and environmental policies and the impact on North Dakota.
A main topic of conversation will be the Lieberman-Warner proposal and how the nation should address greenhouse gas emissions.
The conversation begins at 11 a.m. May 28 at the Seven Seas Hotel in Mandan.
Invited for the roundtable are Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., Rep. Pomeroy, D-N.D., and representatives from the agriculture community, Public Service Commission, environmental community and the energy industry.
