Mayor John Warford is looking for Bismarck residents interested in serving on the Bismarck Human Relations Committee. The volunteer committee needs to fill two vacancies.

The deadline for application is Sept. 2. The new committee member will be announced at the Sept. 9 city commission meeting. The committee meets the third Monday of every month at the City/County Building.

Interested Bismarck residents should send Warford a letter describing their qualifications, background and why they would be interested in serving on the committee. The letters should be mailed to Mayor John Warford, City of Bismarck, P.O. Box 5503, Bismarck, N.D. 58506-5503.
