A fatal accident Friday killed one Dickinson resident and injured three others.
Kelly Coleman, 25, died Friday after his van rolled off the right shoulder of I-94, near Medora, according a North Dakota Highway Patrol accident report.
Three passengers, Kristin Coleman, Taylor Ewoniuk and Detric Coleman, were injured and taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Dickinson.
Kristin Coleman, 25, remained in stable condition Saturday at the hospital. Ewoniuk, 10, and Detric Coleman, 1, were treated and released.
Kelly Coleman was driving along a curve Friday when his van veered off the highway's left shoulder. After turning right, the van skidded across the road and off the right shoulder.
The van then lost control and rolled onto the right shoulder. The accident occurred at 2:10 p.m.
Detric Coleman was riding in a car seat, but the other three occupants were not wearing seatbelts. The relationship of the van's occupants was unclear from the accident report.
