Many offices are to be closed Monday.

Federal offices including the post office will be closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Most North Dakota state agencies will remain open, but with a skeleton crew. The state Legislature will conduct business as usual.

City offices for both Bismarck and Mandan will be closed. County offices in Burleigh and Morton counties also will be closed.

Morton County libraries will remain open.

Bismarck and Mandan public schools are closed Monday.
