New Hradec - Dunn County residents and others are invited to waltz on out to the New Hradec Catholic Workman Hall for dancing April 28. Ernie and Judy Hecker Variety Sound will play waltzes and polkas until midnight. The evening will begin at 6 with a presentation by the Dunn County Historical Museum on ongoing work to preserve the history of Dunn County. Cost is $15 per couple. A bar will be open, but no food will be served.

Strasburg - The 2007 Emmons County Working Women's banquet will be held starting with a 6 p.m. social hour April 25 at the Blue Room in Strasburg.
