A 53-year-old woman was reported missing from an assisted living facility, police said.

Roberta Fortin, who police describe as a white, 5-foot tall, 120-pound woman with brown hair and brown eyes, went missing from the Arbor House, which is on 510 W. Arbor St.

Police are considering her a "missing and vulnerable adult,"because she is on medication for various psychological conditions.

She was last seen on Sept. 14, police said, and investigators have exhausted all means looking for her. She did not take any luggage or belongings, police said.

Fortin's family in Jamestown were notified but were unaware of her whereabouts, police said. She has no family in Bismarck.

Authorities at the home told police that Fortin, who had been living at the facility for about six months, rarely left the facility.
