12-year-old Mandan boy cited for terrorizing

A 12-year-old Mandan boy has been cited with terrorizing after allegedly threatening two children.

Mandan Police Deputy Chief Paul Leingang said the 12-year-old boy is accused of threatening a 9-year-old and a 7-year-old with a plastic gun.

The incident happened at around 8 p.m. Tuesday on the playground at Roosevelt Elementary School, 305 10th Ave. N.W., Leingang said.
